Insurance Agent in Training- Farmers Insurance
Farmers District 40 & 94 is a respected member of the Farmers Insurance family, seeking a passionate Agent in Training to join their growing team in Culver City, CA. This role focuses on advising individuals, families, and businesses on insurance solutions while building connections and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Deliver outstanding service and develop long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and service goals
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Skills
- Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (not required)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
