Information Security GRC Analyst

Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience in Information Security and GRC compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in NIST 800-53 security control standards and implementation.
• Experience with Archer or comparable enterprise GRC platforms.
• Experience in performing security audits and developing Plan of Action and Milestones.
• Experience with regulatory standards including IRS 1075, HIPAA, CJIS, and PCI-DSS.
• Experience in creating System Security Plans and formal information security policy artifacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the tactical implementation and oversight of enterprise information security programs.
• Interview technical and business owners to document formal security policies and procedures.
• Develop and track agency implementation plans against established security control baselines.
• Conduct high-level assessments of technical documentation to ensure compliance with state standards.
• Identify and re-engineer business processes to align with information security requirements.
• Monitor and manage Corrective Action Plans to remediate identified security gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third parties to develop formal security program artifacts.
