It is for commercially minded HR, L&D, OD, training, leadership development, workforce strategy, or business operations professionals who want to build or expand an independent consulting practice using a structured methodology and platform-supported delivery model. AILCN consultants use a 10-KPI workforce methodology covering areas such as turnover, engagement, succession, capability, performance, learning, leadership, culture, compensation, and organizational health.
