Inbound Sales Advisor
Concentrix is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to join their team. The main role involves responding to inbound calls from O2/Virgin Media Mobile customers and providing excellent customer service support while driving sales through great service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from O2/Virgin Media Mobile customers
- Provide excellent customer service support
- Help with general queries such as payments, billing, customer complaints, data usage, roaming costs
- Aim to drive sales through great service
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels
- A technical mindset – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems
- A quiet place to work at home with a good broadband connection minimum 10 mbps
- A minimum of 6-12 months experience within a sale's role (Desirable) or working towards monitored targets
