Immigration Support Services Supervisor
Position Summary The Immigration Case Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the queue of work in the Petition Assignment Tool (PAT) that is ready for in-office filing, ensuring even distribution of work across the team, and the accurate and timely processing of filings. This role includes developing review schedules, coordinating with case managers, and supervising the Assembly and Clerk teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies. This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office. We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in the manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the Fair Chance Ordinance. Essential Functions Case Management: Oversee the queue of filings in the PAT (Petition Assignment Tool) system. Assign cases to assemblers and monitor their progress. Manage a personal caseload of filings while ensuring timely and accurate processing. Print, gather, and scan all necessary documents for case managers. Collaborate with case managers to complete petitions, ensuring all required information is included. Review completed petitions for accuracy, verifying signatures, attached forms, and ensuring no pages or barcodes are missing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues when required items for filings or case work are missing. Package Review Management: Develop and manage the review schedule. Coordinate with case managers to address any missing information and incorporate necessary additions. Create and include photographs as needed. Handle late petition submissions efficiently. Conduct end-of-day reviews of the PAT system to ensure all cases have been processed and dispatched. Team Supervision: Supervise the Assembly and Clerk teams, providing guidance and support. Approve time-off requests for team members. Address and resolve any questions or concerns from team members. Conduct annual performance meetings with team. Monitor and ensure the completion of job duties by team members. Maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 4+ years of experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Ability to pivot and adapt to quick changes.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $72,250 and $93,500. In accordance with New York State’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York State position is between $64,600 and $102,850. In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $67,575 and $102,850. In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $76,840 and $99,440. In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is between $76,840 and $99,440. In accordance with Maryland’s Equal Pay for Equal Work-Wage Range Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this Baltimore position is between $67,575 and $87,450. In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $76,840 and $99,440. In accordance with Massachusetts Frances Perkins Workplace Equity Act, the expected salary range for this Massachusetts position is between $79,475 and $102,850. In accordance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this Minnesota position is between $67,575 and $87,450. In accordance with New Jersey Senate Bill 2310, the expected salary range for this New Jersey position is between $79,475 and $102,850. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current scale range for this position in Cleveland, OH is $64,600 and $83,600 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
