What to Expect

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the client-managed database by entering new and updated contractor estimates into a web-based portal
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks while managing multiple priorities

What We Require

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Must be punctual, energetic, trustworthy, and a self-starter requiring minimal supervision
