We’re looking for a Home-Based Inside Sales Assistant to join our DCX team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors while supporting field-based Sales Representatives through quote preparation, reporting, order coordination, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive sales success. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Highly Proficient Communicator: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Customer Service Focused: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors. Adaptable & Deadline-Driven: Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, multitask efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solver: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues proactively and effectively. WHAT YOU WILL DO Prepare and send quotes on behalf of Sales Representatives Create and maintain reports, logs, and documentation Communicate daily with clients and vendors via phone, text and email Support sales reps with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks Use Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication and coordination Ensure information is organized, accurate, and delivered on time Collaborate with internal departments to support ongoing projects and customer needs WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
