Role Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pediatric Dental Biller with strong experience in U.S.-based pediatric dental practices to join our growing team and support healthcare providers remotely.
- Position: Pediatric Dental Biller
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
- Work Setup: Fully Remote
Compensation & Payment:
- $5/hour during the first 90 days
- $6/hour after probationary period
- Biweekly payout
- Payment via Wise
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for pediatric dental practices
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) management and insurance follow-ups
- Perform accurate payment posting (ERA/EOB)
- Submit, track, and reconcile insurance claims
- Investigate denials and process appeals to maximize reimbursements
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and dental benefits
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim resolution and authorization requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Biller in a U.S. pediatric dental setting
- Strong background in RCM, AR follow-ups, and payment posting
- Familiarity with CPT/ICD coding basics
- Experience using Curve EMR
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours
