Include As a healthcare advisory board member, your contribution centers on four domains: Clinical Innovation Network Strategy: Advise on the development and strategic positioning of ATCA’s Alzheimer’s clinical innovation network, including differentiated care pathways, interdisciplinary collaboration models, innovation priorities, and the expansion of a connected platform for next-generation cognitive care. Scalable Clinical Model Development: Guide the standardization and replication of clinic operations across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary structures, and systems that preserve quality while enabling sustainable growth. Payer, Partnership & Market Development: Provide guidance on reimbursement alignment, market positioning, partnership development, referral growth, and the strategic frameworks needed to support adoption and expansion of a clinically differentiated Alzheimer’s platform.
