LittleLives is a SaaS platform powering preschools and childcare centers across Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia). We are entering a critical phase: Revamping our product into a new version Preparing to scale aggressively across markets About the position Location: Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh Department: Commercial Reports to: Regional Growth Lead (Singapore) Act as the key growth owner for Vietnam, expanding our 400+ school base while driving both: Client retention & re-contracting Upsell / expansion revenue New school acquisition through your network Business development and operations in Vietnam This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role, not coordination. What You Will Be Doing Own relationships with school leaders (principals, operators, owners) Drive recontracting, upsell, and account growth Generate and close new school deals (relationship-driven) Build and manage your own pipeline Provide market insights (pricing, competitors, product gaps) Team setting-up Lean team No large support structure You are expected to drive outcomes end-to-end What We Are Looking For 4–8 years experience in EduTech / Education Services / B2B school sales Proven track record of closing deals and owning revenue targets Strong network in schools (you can open doors) Comfortable operating in a startup, low-structure environment Why join us Own growth across multiple Southeast Asia markets Play a key role in product relaunch and scaling journey High ownership, fast execution, real impact
