Our entire culture of experimentation exists to find better ways to support and guide people on their self-discovery journey. We are looking for a Middle Growth Designer at Liven. In this role, you will design and improve upsell experiences across our product ecosystem, experiment with new monetization mechanics, and help the team grow key product metrics through design and A/B testing. 🎯 How Will You Make An Impact? Design and iterate on upsell product experiences, including new screens and improvements to existing flows; Create UI variations for A/B tests to validate product and CRO hypotheses; Work with conversion elements such as offers, bundles, social proof, trust blocks, and modals; Adapt upsell experiences to different topics, funnels, and locales; Maintain and evolve our design system and Figma files; Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation; Contribute to hypothesis generation and experiment design with the team; Analyze user behavior and heatmaps to identify UX improvement opportunities; Research competitors and support discovery initiatives. 🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit? Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variables, prototyping); Experience working with design systems and maintaining large UI libraries; Background in web or product marketing design; Strong UI sense and visual craft; Ability to independently create or generate visuals (using AI or other tools) to quickly produce variations for A/B testing; Ability to generate hypotheses and proactively contribute ideas; Confidence collaborating with engineers and driving designs to production; Basic experience with user research (surveys, interviews, usability tests); Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. 🌱 Even Better If You: Have a case where your design improved conversion or other product metrics; Have experience with upsell sequences or web2app funnels; Understand core product metrics like CR, LTV, or cancel rate; Have worked with analytics tools (Clarity, Hotjar, GA); Experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Freepik AI, etc.) for visual creation; Have experience with Rive or motion design tools. 💪🏻What will you enjoy most about being at Liven?
