We are building a team focused on growth, opportunity, and long-term success. What You’ll Be Doing You will help prepare and coordinate professional government proposals for federal construction opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing federal solicitations and identifying proposal requirements
- Writing technical proposal narratives and responses
- Developing organized, compliant proposal packages
- Preparing capability statements and past performance write-ups
- Creating proposal checklists and compliance matrices
- Coordinating documents from subcontractors and internal staff
- Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and professionalism
- Ensuring all submissions are complete, polished, and submitted on time
- Managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Assisting with opportunity tracking through SAM.gov
- Helping improve internal proposal systems and templates
