Job Title: GEN AI Platform Lead Engineer(GCP) Location: Remote FULLTIME ONLY
Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Python, FastAPI/Flask
- LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
- Agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)
- Embeddings, RAG, semantic search
- Hands on experience in GCP, Vertex AI, Agentic Solution development, maintenance activities.
- Machine learning
- Multi agent orchestration frameworks, Workflow tools (Airflow, Prefect)
- Generative reasoning optimization (chain of thought, tree of thought, RAP)
- Knowledge of enterprise guardrails & Responsible AI
- Must have exposure GitHub, Jupiter
Roles & Responsibilities
- Knowledge in Design, build, and optimize LLM based autonomous agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Integrate with Data engineer and Data Scientists to suggest and build the AI Agentic solution for automating business workflow E2E.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable GCP cloud architectures.
- Build and maintain core platform services using: (Compute Engine,GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine), Cloud Run / Cloud Functions, BigQuery / Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL / Spanner)
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Strong hands-on experience with key GCP services, especially (GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Big Query, Cloud Storage, VPC networking)
- Proficiency in Terraform / IaC, Python, Shell scripting, Kubernetes / Docker, CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong understanding of Networking (VPC, DNS, NAT, Load Balancing)
- Security (IAM, KMS, service identities) and SRE concepts (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, scaling)
- Automate provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Very Good communication skill.
