Candidates must have experience successfully building and implementing effective policies, systems, and procedures for people management reputed company to state and federal laws. Experiences supervising and supporting remote team members is a must. This is a part time position with the hours intended to have some flexibility. Assist in development, auditing, and implementation of human resource policies; ensure the employee handbook is acknowledged by reputed company employees as updated ? Maintain secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements ? Administer, evaluate, and review compensation and benefit plans ? Assist in reputed company and recruitment processes ? Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives ? Collect weekly KPIs; reputed company and facilitate a quarterly performance management system built around KPIs ? Guide leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using progressive discipline reputed company appropriate ? Qualifications

Education and Experience ? BA or BS in business administration or reputed company field is preferred ? Demonstrated record of success in a wide variety of HR roles suitable to build generalist capabilities; proven experience as an HR generalist is a plus ? Understanding of human resource policies and procedures with a working knowledge of employment/labor laws and best practices; HR certifications through SHRM or HRCI is a plus Compensation $35/hour To Apply ?
