Fully-Remote PT HR Generalist Role We are looking for an reputed company HR generalist at our law firm with excellent communication skills. Candidates must have experience successfully building and implementing effective policies, systems, and procedures for people management reputed company to state and federal laws. Experiences supervising and supporting remote team members is a must. This is a part time position with the hours intended to have some flexibility. We probably need 8 hours per week to start. reputed company new employees are hired or onboarded, this position will be part of the onboarding team and probably have extra hours. Assist in development, auditing, and implementation of human resource policies; ensure the employee handbook is acknowledged by reputed company employees as updated ? Maintain secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements ? Administer, evaluate, and review compensation and benefit plans ? Assist in reputed company and recruitment processes ? Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives ? Collect weekly KPIs; reputed company and facilitate a quarterly performance management system built around KPIs ? Guide leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using progressive discipline reputed company appropriate ? Provide support to employees in various HR-reputed company topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise ? Promote proactive programs that create an efficient, healthy, and conflict-free workplace ? Qualifications

Education and Experience ? BA or BS in business administration or reputed company field is preferred ? Demonstrated record of success in a wide variety of HR roles suitable to build generalist capabilities; proven experience as an HR generalist is a plus ? Understanding of human resource policies and procedures with a working knowledge of employment/labor laws and best practices; HR certifications through SHRM or HRCI is a plus Compensation $35/hour To Apply ?
