We're looking for candidates with experience in short-term rental platforms, possessing excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, including guest communication, coordinating maintenance and cleaning services, liaising with vendors, managing listings on Airbnb and VRBO, generating leads, overseeing social media channels, and conducting on-site property visits. Weekend availability is essential in this role, given the nature of the industry's demands. This dynamic position requires a proactive approach and familiarity with property management practices.
