Fulfillment Team Member
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Fulfillment Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each project is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to established standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, can work independently with minimal supervision, and thrives in a process-driven environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional website experiences by managing site builds, implementing content updates, and ensuring accuracy across all website projects.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of and complete website setup projects. Ensure website builds are accurate and completed promptly (requires great attention to detail). Work autonomously by following written standard operating procedures (SOPs). Make website edits, changes, and additions to websites as requested by the subscriber. Including content formatting, image replacement, and quality assurance. Provide management with feedback on the Fulfillment process's efficiency and suggest potential improvements.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills HTML and CSS preferred, but not required. Highly organized Attention to detail (take ownership and pride in your work) Required Skills Data Entry Years of Experience Needed 3
