Frontend Developer
Overview
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our engineering team and build intuitive, high-performance web applications that power our product. This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and user experience, turning complex workflows into clean, responsive interfaces. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end-to-end, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and usability. The role requires hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling, plus a product mindset to build features that solve real user problems. This position is ideal for developers who love crafting pixel-perfect UIs, optimizing performance, and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Responsibilities
Product-Focused Development Build and ship responsive, scalable web applications using React and TypeScript Translate product requirements and design specs into functional, accessible UI components Collaborate with designers to ensure high-quality UX and consistent design systems Architecture & Performance Implement robust component architecture and state management patterns Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser performance Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and handle complex async data flows Engineering Collaboration Work with backend engineers to define API contracts and data requirements Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and product planning Contribute to frontend best practices, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines Innovation & Growth Prototype new UI patterns and interactions to improve user experience Stay current with frontend ecosystem trends, including AI/LLM-powered UX patterns Support occasional backend tasks if you have Python/API experience.
Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience 1–2 years of professional frontend development experience Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+) Experience building responsive, performant web applications at scale Good understanding of state management, component architecture, and API integration Good to Have Basic backend knowledge, preferably in Python App development Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with LLM/AI integrations in products Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities Attention to detail for UI/UX and performance Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally with product and design Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments What Makes This Role Unique Own frontend features end-to-end in a product used by real customers Blend engineering craft with product thinking and user empathy Work on modern web stacks with opportunities to touch AI/LLM-powered features Help shape the frontend architecture and UX of a fast-growing platform..
