Food Waste Consultant

Your mission As a Food Waste Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on the US. Your role will include guiding customers through every step of the journey, from installation and onboarding to analyzing results and setting goals. You’ll ensure that they have everything they need to successfully reduce food waste, all while maintaining a positive and engaging relationship with each client. Your profile What's required? We are looking for someone with hospitality, sustainability or customer success background who is motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Another European Language (French, Italian...) can be a plus. Working Hours: This role is offered on a 60% basis (24 hours per week). Working hours are scheduled within the 12:00–21:00 time window, Monday through Friday. The specific weekly schedule is flexible and will be agreed upon with the successful candidate. A strong interest in food waste mitigation practices and sustainability in the food industry. Self-driven with the ability to work independently, stay organized, and efficiently manage your portfolio of customers. A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn continuously. Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting Based in one of the following countries: Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Spain. About the role: Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, helping them reach their food waste reduction goals. Guide customers through their journey: from installation and onboarding to analyzing results and helping them achieve their sustainability targets. Ensure the quality of data provided by customers and help conduct customer review and goal-setting meetings. Collect customer feedback to ensure optimal product usage and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and service offerings. Support with hardware installations and kick-off meetings to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding.
