Field Growth Partner — GTLL AI Services

We’re GTLL AI Services. We build private, custom AI systems for local practices and businesses — the stuff that books appointments, answers leads, and gives owners hours back every week. Being early at an AI startup is the actual point of this role. You’ll learn how a real company finds, pitches, and closes — and walk away with a résumé line most students can’t get: a founder-signed reference, a real title, and a portfolio of real work. The pay is the upside, not the pitch. What you’d do:

• Reach out to local businesses (calls, DMs, walk-ins, email) using the scripts and lead lists we give you
• Source and book intro calls; our team (and our founders) handle the close
• No sales background needed — we train you on the pitch, the tools, and our playbook

Title: Field Growth Partner, GTLL AI Services Milestone perks: Founder-signed reference letter + certificate, mentorship, access to a real startup’s playbook. Pay: Performance-based and uncapped. You earn a bounty on every deal you source that closes and gets paid — $50–150 on a starter package, $250–400 on a larger build, plus a bonus when a client converts to a retainer. Top partners can train up to a Closer role (commission + recurring residual). This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not an internship or employment). A short partner agreement + W-9 are required before any payout.
