Family Office Board of Advisors

Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Family Office Board of Advisors member with Professionals Network. The advisor will provide strategic guidance to family office clients on investment priorities, governance, and long-term value creation. Day-to-day activities may include reviewing opportunities sourced through the network, participating in virtual advisory sessions, and offering insight on capital allocation, risk management, and portfolio oversight. The role also involves supporting relationship-building within the network by sharing market perspectives, evaluating potential partners, and making thoughtful introductions where appropriate. Advisors may contribute to thought leadership content, participate in virtual roundtables or panels, and help refine the platform’s value proposition for family offices.

Qualifications

Strong finance and investment acumen, with experience in family offices, private wealth management, or related financial environments. Advanced analytical skills and research capabilities to assess opportunities, risks, and market trends. Background in fundraising, capital introduction, or investor relations, with the ability to advise on capital-raising strategies. Understanding of marketing and positioning for family offices, including how to communicate value to stakeholders and partners. Proven experience in an advisory, board, or senior leadership role, preferably working with high-net-worth individuals or multi-generational families. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and engage reliably on a contract basis. Apply To this Job
