The Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers through live chat, email, and social media. You'll be the face of careerzynith, and your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This is an entry-level position, perfect for those who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries on careerzynith's website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer support queries concerning returns, re-ordering, and other common issues
  • Collaborate effectively across channels to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize careerzynith's CRM system to track and resolve customer issues
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Key Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with careerzynith's products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $35 per hour

  • Flexible schedule: 5-40 hours per week, with the option to work more or less depending on your needs
  • No fixed term contract: work with us as long as you'd like, with the option to adjust your schedule as needed
