Job Summary

As a Remote Travel Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive, client-first approach. You'll work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and resolve any client issues, while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
