Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Tagalog and English

  • Provide accurate and timely information about careerzynith's services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Promote careerzynith's services and programs to our diverse patient population
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and transitions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance language skills and cultural competence

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or healthcare-related field
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with diverse patient populations

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills in other languages
  • Certification in medical terminology or a related field
