Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced student program participant to join our Customer Insights team at careerzynith. As a key member of our team, you will participate in the evaluation of market trends, analysis of consumer opinion data, and competitive product analysis to identify new opportunities for careerzynith. This is a part-time role that offers students the opportunity to work year-round, with the potential to expand summer work hours to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the evaluation of market trends and analysis of consumer opinion data to identify new opportunities for careerzynith
- Support aspects of the research process, including designing, executing, and analyzing consumer research
- Transform research results into actionable insights, implications, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with outside research vendors and cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith's brands, products, and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform market analysis and insights
Essential Qualifications
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree at an accredited university
- Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
* Currently a Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Market Research, Social Sciences, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Strong interest in the automotive industry
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for data analysis and market research
