Our firm is hiring an Experienced Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in the following industries:
- Not for profit
- State and Local Governments
- Yellow Book and Single Audit experience is a PLUS!
The successful candidate is organized, curious, detail oriented and has the ability to work independently as well as within a group setting. Candidates will be responsible for managing multiple audits of client financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing source documents
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Completing assigned audit procedures
- Organizing and maintaining audit from year to year.
- Communicate with clients and colleagues using computerized systems and mobile devices to obtain documentation needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Progress towards CPA certification is expected
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting activities
- Knowledge of GAAS, GAAP, and GAGAS
- Experience with audits and regulatory reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
