Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information via live chat. You'll assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and upselling additional services and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
