Position Overview careerzynith is actively seeking a detail-oriented, analytically-minded Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our expanding Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance Analytics team. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity offering $30 per hour, designed for professionals who excel at transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence. Reporting to senior leadership in our Risk and Compliance division, you will play an instrumental role in collecting, processing, and analyzing information that directly informs strategic decisions across our US and global business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Information Identification and Collection: Identify and gather critical data points that support a wide range of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situational awareness initiatives across multiple business units.
- Data Processing and Integration: Collect, clean, and process information from disparate information systems throughout careerzynith's US and global operations, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all sources.
- Dashboard Design and Development: Create sophisticated, interactive dashboards using industry-leading visualization tools that help stakeholders understand risk exposure, assess control maturity levels, and monitor key performance indicators in real-time.
- Custom Reporting: Construct tailored reports and analytical summaries as needed to address specific business questions, compliance inquiries, and executive leadership requests.
- Risk Assessment Methodologies: Apply expertise in advanced analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible, repeatable, and standardized methodologies for evaluating organizational risk across diverse business contexts.
- Insight Generation and Communication: Draw meaningful correlations and insights from complex datasets, then communicate findings effectively to compliance professionals, legal teams, attorneys, and senior business leaders through both written reports and verbal presentations.
- Emerging Risk Identification: Provide proactive input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis, helping careerzynith anticipate challenges before they materialize.
