Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks, including entering orders, tracking client information, and maintaining accurate records

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry, and provide exceptional client care through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Triage client assistance requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and data requirements
  • Verify and confirm medication measurements, and assist with surveying opiate Rx's to ensure proper handling
  • Provide pharmacists with information on sensitivities, medication interactions, and other relevant data
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
