Perform merges of duplicate medical record numbers in designated applications, following standard procedures to maintain data integrity. Complete demographic updates to patient records as needed during electronic merge processing, ensuring that all patient information is current and accurate. Create spreadsheets for medical record or radiology jacket retrieval purposes, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the data. Maintain an accuracy level of 97% or higher on Merge Planning QA and 95% or higher on Electronic Verification QA, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in data management.
