Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting customer issues, updating customer records, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Communicating effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to deliver exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Working independently, managing your time effectively, and meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Collaborating with the team to share best practices, provide support, and drive results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center setting, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and provide accurate information to customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
