Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. If you're a proactive, analytical, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improving current processes
- Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure seamless execution of projects
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
