Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Resolving complex customer issues, including lost or stolen accounts, and other sensitive matters
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates Degree preferred
• 3 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• High-speed internet connection (wired) with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speeds
• Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) smartphone
• Unlimited minutes on a smartphone or landline phone Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution
• Knowledge of banking and financial services, with a focus on customer service and account management
• Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
