Experienced Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent – Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative

About the Role
As a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, you will be working from home and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients’ customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, and will be responsible for resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. - Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing, and process new and amended enrollments
- Ensure that customers enjoy authentic and exceptional experiences, and deliver expert customer service with a smile
- Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and be eager to learn new technologies and processes
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or insurance environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
- A patient and empathetic nature, and a passion for helping others
- The ability to pass a background check, and must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English language skills are highly desirable
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, or in a related field such as sales or customer service
- A degree in a related field, such as business or communications
- Proficiency in CRM software and other technologies used in the insurance industry
