Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Quality Control Data Analyst to join our team in Texas, USA. As a key member of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you will be responsible for driving a culture of security, effectiveness, and development by recognizing measurable patterns and execution measurements to further develop the Quality Control division. You will work closely with our team to analyze complex data, identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations to improve our Quality Control processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.

• Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
• Assist in analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
• Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
• Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
• Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group.
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
• Ensure that a compliance outlook is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field).

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, quality control, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles, including data quality, data governance, and data security.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field).

• Experience with data science tools and technologies (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with data governance and data security principles.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
