Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to effectively address customer needs
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred, but not necessary
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40+ WPM preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification, with 2+ years of experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting preferred
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with strong decision-making and analytical abilities
• Ability to pass a background check and work in a fast-paced environment with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
