Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Patient Care Coordination, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient care services. You will be responsible for handling monthly refill requests, verifying patient information, and ensuring accurate documentation before shipping orders. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for delivering exceptional patient care will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and patient referral sources regarding nutrition treatment request status

• Triaging calls to different departments to ensure timely resolution
• Verifying patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic clinical records
• Collaborating with the patient confirmation department to ensure seamless patient onboarding with our services
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

Required Capabilities

* At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing environment

• Experience with data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Capabilities

* Home infusion or strong clinical equipment (DME) experience

• Call center experience
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
