Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Reporting and Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting reports
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders
• Applying sound accounting principles and developing or recommending accounting procedures and policies
• Supervising and allocating work to accountants, accounting clerks, and other team members
• Coordinating accounting matters with other departments, regions, and divisions
• Participating in financial reporting

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
