About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be a crucial partner to your clients, providing administrative support, project management, and other essential services. Responsibilities

* Executive Support: Manage appointments, calendars, and emails for your clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses.

  • Project Management: Collaborate on projects, organize tasks, and ensure timely completion, while maintaining open communication with clients and team members.
  • Content Creation: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and manage social media accounts, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Research & Recommendations: Research technologies and provide recommendations to clients, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • CRM Administration: Update and maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Travel & Event Planning: Arrange travel and coordinate events as needed, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide support with personal tasks as required by clients, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.

Key Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on administrative support and customer service.

  • Availability: Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 20 hours/week.
  • Experience: Experience in an administrative support role, with a strong understanding of project management and customer service principles.
  • Technical Setup:

+ In-home office with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam), minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb RAM, and the latest MS Office installed. + Fast and reliable internet connection. + Smartphone with email capabilities. + Designated professional, quiet workspace.
