Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Web & Cloud Application Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions, investigate client behavior, and anticipate content commitment. You will also be responsible for testing marketing methodologies, ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs, and providing specialized analysis support to partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to drive business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Anticipate content commitment to assist with directing acquisition decisions
- Advance our content launch and episode release methodology
- Test marketing methodologies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Successfully communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year college degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- An interest in Media and Entertainment
