Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Apple Product Expert, you'll be responsible for handling technical inquiries, providing problem resolution, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You'll interact with customers across multiple communication channels, offering support and advice on Apple products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle technical inquiries and provide problem resolution for Apple customers

  • Interact with customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Apple's hardware and software
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and messages with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve resolution and satisfaction

Requirements

* Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with iOS, macOS, and other Apple products
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Apple's hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer support environment

  • Knowledge of Apple's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
