Qualifications
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in using virtual communication tools
- Ability to work well with others in a remote team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in client support or a related field is preferred but not required
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships
Responsibilities and Duties
* Calling and receiving calls from clients
- Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
- Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
- Completing applications for insurance products
- Attending ongoing, optional training sessions
- Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve client issues and concerns
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative
