Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst in our AppleCare Support team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of analysts: You'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts who will work together to investigate data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business.
- Analyzing data and processes: You'll work with your team to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to drive productivity and improve customer experiences.
- Developing and implementing solutions: You'll develop and implement solutions to address business challenges and improve customer experiences.
- Communicating results: You'll communicate complex results and ideas to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Education and Experience
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field.
Master's degree in business administration or a related field

Experience with SQL and Tableau

Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
