Job Summary

As an Entry Level Fully Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for performing transactions, advising clients on our products and services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide information regarding careerzynith's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability
  • Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts
  • Advise clients on other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive client interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on careerzynith's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment

  • Knowledge of careerzynith's products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
