Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Working with large, complex datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions
- Developing and maintaining ETLs and data visualization dashboards using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Utilizing scripting languages, such as Python, to automate reporting tasks and improve data accuracy
- Documenting and sharing knowledge with team members, and mentoring colleagues to become Subject Matter Experts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
- Creativity and User Experience foundation to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
- Business Operations fluency, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems, and a Supply Chain background with transportation experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
- Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
