Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customs documentation for international shipments. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customs clearance, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

* Provide impeccable customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and government agencies

  • Process customs clearance for international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment documentation, including customs forms, invoices, and certificates of origin
  • Collaborate with internal teams, divisions, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as required
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customs clearance and documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, international trade)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a data entry or customer service role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
