Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both internal and external. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues related to travel, baggage, and other services. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work in a helpful spirit to ensure the success of our organization, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues related to travel, baggage, and other services, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Work with our modernized retail location framework to handle tagging and registration, boarding, baggage administration, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints
  • Maintain positive relationships with our clients, providing them with a seamless and enjoyable travel experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or travel industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using modernized retail location frameworks and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with airline or travel industry software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
