Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments for home repair companies and other clients as needed
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
  • Proficient in using the internet, data entry, and navigating multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent typing, computer, and customer service skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work from Home Requirements To work remotely as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to have the following equipment and setup:
