Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling careerzynith products and services
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and features
- Processing orders, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market research
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products, services, and industry trends
Essential Qualifications
* 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience, with a strong background in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
* HVAC certification or equivalent experience
