The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need

- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aviation or travel industry

- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
