As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, email, and chat support. You will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your skills to resolve customer inquiries, de-escalate complex issues, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. • Competitive Starting Rate: $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.

- *System Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
- A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
- A headset compatible with blithequark specifications.
- A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted).
- Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported.
- *Training Schedule**
Your blithequark career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you will begin a 6-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
